The EPE foam sheet extrusion production line has completed full installation and successful trial run at the customer’s workshop. This EPE foam sheet machine, also known as EPE pearl cotton foaming machine, adopts advanced physical foaming technology. It takes PE resin as raw material to continuously extrude and produce EPE foam sheet rolls. The finished EPE sheet features excellent shock absorption, cushioning, thermal insulation and moisture-proof performance, widely used in product packaging, floor mats, furniture protection, electronics and logistics industries. After mechanical assembly, pipeline connection, electrical wiring and parameter debugging, the equipment smoothly extrudes continuous uniform EPE foam sheet during the test. The foaming bubble structure is fine and stable, with controllable sheet thickness and width. Our technical team finished on-site installation, commissioning and operation training for local operators. The whole line includes main extruder, feeding system, foaming die head, cooling & traction unit and winding device. It supports stable 24-hour continuous production, high output and low material consumption. With this new production line, the customer can start mass production of EPE foam rolls, to meet the growing market demand for eco-friendly flexible packaging materials. Our company will provide long-term after-sales support including spare parts supply and remote technical guidance.
