Our PE foam aluminum foil lamination machine has completed installation and trial production at the customer’s workshop, producing high-quality aluminum foil backed PE foam rolls.
This production line is specially designed to laminate pure aluminum foil onto PE foam sheets. It supports customized finished thickness of 3mm, 5mm, 10mm and other specifications. The composite material combines the cushioning property of PE foam and the heat reflection performance of pure aluminum foil backing.
The finished aluminum foil PE foam roll features excellent thermal insulation, heat reflection, moisture-proof and sound insulation effects. It is widely used in building roof & wall insulation, air duct wrapping, pipeline thermal protection, greenhouse insulation and logistics temperature preservation packaging.
During the trial run, the equipment achieved stable compounding, firm bonding between aluminum foil and foam substrate, no wrinkling or delamination. The line realizes continuous rolling production, with adjustable width and thickness, meeting mass manufacturing demands of thermal insulation materials.
Our technical team finished machine assembly, electrical debugging and on-site operation training for the client. Long-term after-sales service including spare parts supply and remote technical support will be provided to guarantee stable production.
