PE foam roll extrusion machine shipping
Our PE foam roll extrusion machine has been successfully loaded and shipped from our factory to the overseas customer.
This full-automatic PE foam roll extrusion line, also known as EPE pearl cotton extruder, is used to continuously produce PE foam sheet rolls. It adopts physical foaming technology with stable foaming performance. The finished PE foam rolls have good shock absorption, cushioning, moisture-proof and heat preservation properties, widely used in product packaging, furniture protection, logistics and thermal insulation industries.
Before shipment, our engineering team completed full machine inspection, functional test and package protection. Key components are well wrapped to avoid damage during long-distance sea transportation. The overhead crane hoisted the whole machine steadily and loaded it into the container.
Once the machine arrives at the destination factory, our technical team will arrange on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. We also provide long-term after-sales service including spare parts supply and remote technical guidance to ensure smooth production.
The customer will start mass production of PE foam rolls after machine commissioning, to meet the local market demand for flexible protective packaging materials.
